Lighthouse: The Write House in Uncheon-dong was once a small shop that brewed dansul (sweet rice wine). After closing in 2020 due to COVID-19, the place found new life — no longer brewing drinks, but weaving stories. The old sign still hangs by the door, and traces of the past remain inside — a shallow sink, a gas detector, silent witnesses of another time. Today, Lighthouse collects the stories of the neighborhood and archives the life of the community. It hosts small exhibitions, art and culture workshops, local gatherings, and spontaneous celebrations. Though small, it’s a warm and meaningful space for those who come and go.
